These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airisk.watch and the AI Bubble Index dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Quasar Labs LLC ("Quasar Labs," "Airisk," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Airisk is a free, publicly accessible data terminal that tracks a set of published signals (drawn from public filings, public data APIs, and curated manual entries) related to AI capital-expenditure spending, and combines them into a composite readout using a documented scoring methodology. The Service is informational and educational. It does not currently charge for access, and no account or sign-up is required to view it.
Nothing on airisk.watch is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, hold, or sell any security or other asset. The composite score, the signal cards, and every other readout on the site are a model built from public information and a published, self-imposed methodology (see the Methodology documentation linked from the dashboard) — they represent one way of interpreting public data, not a prediction of what will happen or professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Data is compiled from public filings, public data APIs, and curated manual entries, and may lag, be incomplete, or contain errors. Correlation does not imply a forecast. Any decision you make based on information from the Service is your own responsibility, and you should do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service or subscribe to email updates.
Subscribing to signal-change notifications is optional and free. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle a subscriber's email address.
Some signals and market data shown on the Service (including prediction-market odds) are sourced from third parties, such as Polymarket, SEC EDGAR, and FRED. That data is shown for reference, is not calculated, verified, or endorsed by Airisk, and is structurally separate from Airisk's own composite score. Where the Service links out to a third-party site such as Polymarket, Airisk may earn a referral fee when you click through and take an action there, as disclosed on the relevant page. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site linked from the Service.
If Airisk ever enables an optional way to support the Service with a one-time payment (for example, to help offset hosting and data costs), that payment is a voluntary, one-time contribution toward operating costs — it is not a donation to a charity, not a membership or subscription, and does not purchase access to any signal, data, or feature that is not already available for free. It carries no expectation of a return, profit, equity, or ownership interest of any kind, and does not entitle the payer to any perk, reward, or exclusive access. Any such payment would be processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we would not store your full card or bank details ourselves. This section applies only once and if such an option is actually made available on the site.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, using automated means to scrape or overload our systems beyond reasonable, good-faith use, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, software, methodology write-ups, and materials that make up the Service are owned by Quasar Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying raw data we cite generally originates from public sources; our compilation, scoring, and presentation of it are ours. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal, score, or data point is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quasar Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service or any decision made in reliance on information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
