This Privacy Policy explains how Quasar Labs LLC ("Quasar Labs," "Airisk," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with airisk.watch and the AI Bubble Index dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Email address (optional). If you use the "GET NOTIFIED" form in the footer, we collect the email address you provide so we can send you a confirmation message and, once confirmed, updates when a tracked signal changes status. Providing an email address is entirely optional and is never required to view or use the dashboard.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard technical information for security and reliability purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in the ordinary course of serving the site. Where enabled, we may also use privacy-conscious analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand aggregate usage patterns; these tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) so it persists on your next visit. This never leaves your device and is not something we can access.
What we do not collect. The Service does not require an account, does not collect payment information (no payment processing is currently active on airisk.watch), and does not ask for any personal financial information about you. The financial and market data displayed on the dashboard concerns public companies and public markets — it is not information about you.
We retain a subscriber's email address for as long as they remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send, after which your address is removed from future sends. Automatically collected technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operational purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. The fastest way to stop receiving emails is the unsubscribe link in any message from us. For any other request, contact us at hello@airisk.watch. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
